The National Honor Society is an organization promoting recognition for students with outstanding accomplishments in the areas of scholarship, character, leadership and service.
To be considered, students must be juniors or seniors who have maintained an overall 89.5 or higher grade average for all their academic and trade subjects following the first marking period of the school year. Once selected as a member, participation in the organization will include many leadership and service projects that benefit both the school community and the community at large.
Faculty Advisory Council
The Faculty Advisory Council for the National Honor Society consists of 5 different faculty members each year. It is the councils responsibility to make the final decision as to membership in the society.
