    The Kaynor boys & girlscross country teams and the Kaynor PFO/Athletic Booster are hosting the “4th Annual Kaynor Alumni 5k Run/Walk” on Saturday, October 18th.  New start time this year:  4:00 pm – no excuses forsleeping in!

    Alumni - get the word out.  You have five weeks totrain.  The Kaynor XC team won the first 3 races.  It’s time forthe alumni to take home the trophy!

    -The importance of this month is to educate women & everyone about the importance of early detection. More & more women are getting mammograms to detect breast cancer in its earliest stages. As a result, breast cancer deaths are on the decline. Encourage the women and men in your life to get mammograms on a regular basis.
